Blessed Christmas and New Year

Dear Friends,   I wish all of you a blessed Christmas Season and a happy and healthy New Year.   I am heading home to Pgh to visit my brother Jim.  I am not sure I will be able to send my meditations. My blog has been interfered with by commercials some of which are very vulgar.  I only send out meditations to ignore any of the "spam".
